ABOUT

Hello, I'm Wanjiru

I trained as an accountant and administrator, with two degrees behind me, and my first working years were spent around ledgers, systems and order. Somewhere in the quiet stretches I taught myself design, websites and the tools that build them, and what started as curiosity became the work I now do full time.

Today I build the online presence that growing businesses are missing: websites that keep selling while you sleep, content that keeps you visible, and brand identities that make a business look as serious as it already is.

My clients come from every corner of business, from products you can hold to services you can book, at every stage from first idea to well established. What they share is simple. They do excellent work, and not enough people know it yet. That is the whole job: taking a business from invisible to unmissable.

KAI DESIGNS

Handmade vegan leather bags · Nakuru, Kenya

Website & Product Catalogue

The challenge

Kai Designs was selling beautiful bags one WhatsApp photo at a time. Customers beyond Nakuru couldn't see the full range, and buyers who remembered a bag from a post could rarely find it again. The brand needed a proper online shop where everything sits in one place, easy to browse and easy to decide from.

What I did

Designed and built a full website with a complete product catalogue, organised so every bag in the collection has its own place, image and description.

The result

Orders now come in from across Kenya instead of Nakuru alone. Customers browse one calm, well ordered shop rather than scrolling social media hunting for a bag they half remember, and decisions happen faster.

“Wow I'm mind-blown. I just want to say thank you so much for the amazing job on our website. It looks wonderful, works smoothly, and really captures what I wanted. I truly appreciate the work done and how easy it was to communicate with you through the process. I am so excited in this new journey in my business.”

GREEN BASKET BY GRACE

Fresh produce & home delivery · Umoja, Nairobi

Content Strategy & Branding

The challenge

Fresh produce sells on freshness, and freshness needs a voice. Grace needed to reach customers beyond the people who walked past her shop, and to open up home deliveries, but she had no plan for showing up online week after week without burning out.

What I did

Built a content strategy and monthly content calendars, with branding to match, so posting became a rhythm she could actually keep up with, including educational content about her produce.

The result

Green Basket now takes orders on WhatsApp and runs home deliveries. Grace became more organised simply because the plan required it, and customers who had never noticed the shop before started finding her.

“I will forever be grateful for the content you helped me create... I became more organised because I had to take photos every time, this brought me new clients who hadn't even noticed our existence. Social media gave me a new angle, new online orders and booking, something I thought a regular mama mboga can't do. I became more professional, and started looking like it.”

SHADES OF YARN

Handmade crochet · Nairobi, Kenya

Content Strategy

The challenge

Crochet is slow, skilled, human work, and online it can look identical to machine knitting. Shades of Yarn needed content that let people feel the difference, and a reason to treat a quiet hobby as a real business.

What I did

Created a content strategy and shared content calendar built around the craft itself: the making, the texture, the hands behind each piece, posted with intent rather than whenever there was time.

The result

The first post under the new plan brought in a large order. Customers now call asking for pieces they have seen, and the hobby has turned into a business people actively seek out.

“Shades of Yarn was a quiet hobby, a little monetisation, but something changed when you created content for me. The first order I got after posting was a big one... It was not just posting, it was posting with a purpose. When someone calls and says 'I saw your work, I saw a photo on Facebook and I want you to make me something like that', that means a lot.”

MSITU GOLD

Raw forest honey · Alabama, USA & Nairobi, Kenya

Website & Branding

The challenge

An apiary owner running a Kenyan honey business from Alabama needed somewhere to send buyers, a home online that could carry the product, the price and the story while he was eight thousand miles away.

What I did

Built the Msitu Gold website and shaped the brand around it: single origin, hand harvested, unfiltered forest honey, presented so the product sells itself.

The result

Orders now come through the website and are fulfilled by the Kenyan office. Distance stopped being an obstacle to running the business or talking to customers.

“Just want to say thank you so much for the amazing job on our website. It looks wonderful, works smoothly, captures what I wanted... Even though I am in U.S.A Alabama it still helps me do business in Kenya, distance hasn't limited me to communicate with customers. I am so happy and thankful in this new journey.”

Pharmaceutical supplies · Kenya

Logo & Letterhead Design

The challenge

A pharmaceutical supplier is judged on trust before anything else. Dekib Pharmaceuticals needed an identity that looked as credible on a quotation or a delivery note as the products it supplies.

What I did

Designed the company logo and a full branded letterhead, along with the branding items needed to present the business consistently in print and in documents.

The result

Delivered on schedule and in use across the company's correspondence, so the paperwork now carries the same authority as the products.

“Excellent service! I'm very happy with the company logo and letterhead that were designed for my business. Communication was great, and everything was delivered on time. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for professional and quality design work.”

WINNIE'S TASTY TREATS

Catering, baking & pastry · Kenya

Logo & Business Presentation

The challenge

Winnie had the food and the clients, but her proposals, profiles and pricing documents were scattered and hard to follow. She needed a logo with warmth and a presentation she could hand over without apologising for it.

What I did

Designed the Winnie's Tasty Treats logo and rebuilt her business documents into one clean, structured presentation: clarity first, then polish.

The result

She can now market herself without the stress: a brand that looks like the food tastes, and a proposal she is glad to put in front of a client.

“Honestly, I was completely stressed and overwhelmed when I sent those documents. They looked messy, confusing, and nowhere near presentable. But the way you refined and organized everything? Wow. You turned them into something so clean, professional, and easy to understand... Thank you for not just 'editing' the documents, but actually bringing clarity, structure, and professionalism into them. You saved me so much stress.”
